手錶不再只是用來報時。 Jacob & Co. 的 CASINO TOURBILLON 。錶盤上設有一個功能齊全的微型賭場輪盤錶盤底部設計就如一般賭場看到的輪盤，外圍切割成37格，由0至36，單雙數格以紅黑相間，0字位置則為綠格。只需按動8點位置的按鈕操控旋轉，一枚小型陶瓷珠隨之掉進格子，玩法就如一般賭場的輪盤遊戲。CASINO TOURBILLON 的轉輪由綠、紅、黑三色琺瑯鑲嵌而成，並由紅木鑲嵌而成，由八點鐘位置的按鈕啟動, 該按鈕為輪盤轉動上鍊動力儲存。
