The story of Cortina Watch starts with Mr. Anthony Lim, who established the company as a humble retail store in Colombo Court in 1972. An enterprising entrepreneur with a deep passion for watches, Mr. Lim grew the company from a family business to a public-listed enterprise in 2002.
Cortina Watch has since firmly established itself as the leading retailer and distributor of luxury watches with an extensive presence in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Australia. From pioneering groundbreaking concepts in its boutiques to introducing epochal watch and jewellery events that celebrate the best of horology, the company is constantly at the forefront of luxury watch retail, driven by the collective passion, foresight and diligence of our team.

In 2002, Cortina Watch joined the worldwide network of Official Rolex Retailers and started the journey together with a presence at our Starhill Gallery boutique in Malaysia.
The partnership was an immediate success and kickstarted our regional presence in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Sabah and Bangkok. Our first standalone Rolex boutique was established in Penang, Malaysia, in 2007, just five years later.
